The Coding-Freaks Cookie Manager is your central tool for data-protection-compliant management of all cookies and tracking technologies on your websites. In an era of strict data protection regulations (like the GDPR), transparently obtaining user consent is essential. Our Manager ensures your website's compliance with minimal effort.
The entire process, from registration to going live, follows this simple workflow:
Get Started
- Create an Account: Start by creating a free account in our Coding-Freaks Portal.
Create a Project: After logging into the Dashboard, set up your first project by entering your website's URL.
Cookie Scanning
After creating the project, the first scan of your website starts automatically.
What happens:
The scan identifies all existing cookies, trackers, and embedded external services (e.g., Google Analytics, social media widgets).
Status:
The scan may take a few minutes depending on your website's size. You can check the current status and results in the Dashboard at any time.
Consent Banner Configuration
After the scan is complete, you will receive a list in the Dashboard of all detected embeddings and cookies.
- Consent Manager: All these elements must be added to the Consent Manager so they can be presented to the user on the Cookie Banner for selection (Accept/Reject).
Control (Blocking): The actual technical control and blocking (loading/not loading) of the scripts is only enabled through the integration using our CMS Extensions.
